Do contributors get reminders to sign group cards?

Ellacard FAQ: Do contributors get reminders to sign group cards? (Greeting cards / Group signing)

Yes, when you use Ellacard to invite contributors to sign your card via email or text, you can choose to also send automated reminders to those who haven't yet signed your group card. This option is off by default. To enable it, in the Group signing step of the checkout process, make sure you check the box marked "Use Ellacard to invite contributors via email / text" then expand the Group signing options section on that page and check the box to "Send automated reminders". The same options also apply to automations. When this option is on, Ellacard will attempt to send two additional group-signing invitations:

24 hours after the initial group-signing invitation was sent
24 hours before the card is scheduled to send to the recipient (if a send date is set)

These reminders will not be sent if the group-signing contributor has already signed the card, and we won't send more than one reminder in a 24-hour period.
